About the CoFounder

Anu Singh
Founder Director

Over 20 years experience in Corporate HR across small enterprises, startups as well as Big Corporate houses including Mastek, Reliance and Sarla Technologies, division of Parekh Marketing and in Consulting Space for SMEs of various industries and startups since 2014. She is an MBA in HR and a graduate in Psychology Hons. From Delhi University.

Having worked in companies and gained the understanding and experience in every interaction and role and then moving to an unknown space of entrepreneurship; It was like starting from scratch. But she loved every bit of the confusion in those uncertainties, building the vision brick by brick.

Her vision is to position HR beyond transactional operations which is very common in SMEs and start-ups- HR merely represented hiring, documentation and admin related work. With aligned values and intention of the client, she has been successful in bringing HR to spotlight through customized solutions for the success and growth of the Organisation.

Ashutosh has 20 years of Corporate experience in India and overseas. Qualified in MBA from IRMA, Anand; he has enriching experience of working in companies like Amul, IFFCO group, Watanmal etc.

He has worked extensively in Business Operations and Strategic Marketing on a large scale in different industries like FMCG, Dairy, Ceramics, Wellness & Nutrition for domestic and international markets.

He brings multifarious experience in various functions including Organization Building and Team Management, Culture Change Management and Project Handling also including Data Base Management System Implementation. He brings forth to the team a multidimensional approach to problem solving and seamless execution.
